After having battery issues I put scooter into the shop for diagnosis. Once the issue was found Rob made contact with me to give me different options to replace the battery. Had a problem starting my e-scooter. Rob explained what the problem could be. He said leave it with me and he'll contact me the next day. A few hours later I received a call, all fixed. When I returned to pick-up, Rob explained in detail what the problem was and he also checked for road worthiness ie tighten up bolts and checked air pressure. I highly recommend Rob for any e-scooter service and repaires

Fantastic! Couldn't have been happier with the service. Rob is super approachable and a great communicator. Had an old scooter that needed attention, called up out of the blue on a Saturday, took it in for some repairs. He finished it before the end of the day! I was stoked with the speed, thought it would take a week. He even offered me advice on another scooter I was trying to fix up myself. Not to mention how reasonably priced he is, especially since everything else costs an arm and a leg these days. I will 100% be going to Rob for all my future scooter needs.
